Question-1: How many students are attending the Haji Nika School?

Answer: The Haji Nika School in the Haji Aziz district of Kandahar City, for which the KHES constructed a school building in 2009, is currently operating as public school in Kandahar. In the school enrolled students from grades 1 to 12 and as of March 2023 number of students are 1,684 including 560 female students up to 6th grade, and in total 32 teachers.

With this school as a model school, we are working on the "School Health Management Project" financed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. During 2021 and 2022 we grasped physical measurements and health conditions of students and created a database.
